CHI Memorial Pediatric Diagnostic Associates has nine pediatricians serving patients in three convenient locations. Our physicians treat infants and young adults up to 21 years of age (must be an established patient prior to turning 18). We welcome new patients!

Our offices are open  Monday - Friday, 8:30  a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Our Lyerly location is open Saturday, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m., and physicians are on call by appointment only for acutely ill children on Sunday.   To schedule an appointment with one of our pediatricians, call (423) 698-2229.

Online Check In

Did you know that our practice allows you to check in online ahead of time? You can confirm your appointment via text message or email, and check in online prior to your visit.
