David Castrilli, M.D., is an internal medicine physician with CHI Memorial Primary Care Associates - Hamilton Place. He attended medical school at St. George's University School of Medicine where he split time in Grenada, West Indies and New York. He completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga in 2015.
One of the reasons Dr. Castrilli chose Chattanooga and CHI Memorial as the place to begin his practice was because of the slightly more relaxed pace of the south coupled with a location that offered plenty of outdoor green space.
"I enjoy working with adults specifically and getting to know people on a personal level, and internal medicine makes that possible," says Dr. Castrilli. "I focused on treating all organ systems because I like the challenge of meticulously learning about new medications and their potential interactions - and ultimately how they benefit my patients."
